Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy I aim to make our consultations personable and flexible, while also ensuring that my time is managed fairly. To support this balance, I work within clear and transparent boundaries. Rescheduling - Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge if this is done at least 48 hours before the consultation. - For changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled session, 50% of the consultation fee will be charged, as this time slot was reserved exclusively for you and cannot be rebooked on short notice. Cancellations - If you cancel more than 3 working days before the consultation, I will fully refund the fee you have paid. - If you cancel between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled session, a 50% refund applies. - Unfortunately, for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or in case of no-shows, I am unable to offer a refund. Thank you for respecting my time and our shared work. Discretion, Data Processing and Protection I treat what is said during our sessions with complete discretion. I assure you that I only need your birth data down to the minute for the creation of your birth chart, and, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation, I handle and store it extremely confidentially, along with your other personal data. Therefore, it is mandatory to accept the terms of the Data Processing and Data Protection Declaration when scheduling an appointment or using the message-sending form. Disclaimer It is crucial to emphasize that the self-awareness sessions and supportive conversations I provide are not intended to replace the therapeutic process of a professional psychologist, psychotherapist or psychiatrist, nor psychiatric treatments. The main goal of the consultations is to develop self-awareness and stimulate self-acceptance with the help of an individual soul map, i.e. the natal chart, and not to replace a possibly justified (psycho)therapy process.
